Fire chicken, made our way
BULDAK opened on 109 Street in 2025 with one goal: Korean chicken that actually brings the heat. Our grilled buldak is glazed in a sweet and spicy chili sauce, and our fried chicken is battered thin and fried twice for real crunch.
Beyond the chicken, you'll find cream udon, jjimdak, seaweed rice balls and plenty of cheese. Pull up a seat, grab some friends and stay late.
